Apple Cranberry Overnight Oats

For this weeks overnight oat recipe I am sharing a twist on the typical apple cinnamon flavor by adding cranberries. It’s quite yummy with an additional hint of tartness.


Apple Cranberry Overnight Oats

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1 TBSP. craisins

1 tsp. ground flax seed

4-5 slices of dehydrated apples

dash of cinnamon

1 TBSP maple syrup

3/4 cup vanilla almond milk(unsweetened)

To make dicing your apples easier, soak them in a bit of water for 2-3 minutes. Drain them off and dice them to your desired size. Add them to your jar. Add the maple syrup next.

In a separate bowl mix all your dry ingredients together and then add them to the jar also.

Pour in your almond milk, cover and shake well.

Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning heat them for 1-2 minutes and enjoy.
